Text-message terms.

1. Two kinds of messages

When you submit a quote request, you may be offered the chance to consent to one or both of the following:

• Non-marketing messages — text messages related to your quote request, account or policy updates, service notifications, appointment reminders, and support-related communications.
• Marketing messages — text messages about promotions, special offers, agency updates, events, new services, and occasional promotional communications.

Marketing consent is optional and is not required as a condition of requesting a quote or purchasing insurance from Baker Insurance Agency.

2. Frequency

Message frequency may vary. Non-marketing messages are typically tied to a specific request, appointment, or policy event. Marketing messages are sent occasionally and only after you opt in.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Carrier fees are determined by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.

4. Opting out

You can opt out of text messages from Baker Insurance Agency at any time:

• Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe from that category.
• Reply HELP for help.

5. Carriers & supported services

Supported carriers include most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that all text messages will be delivered; factors outside our control may affect delivery, including network coverage, your device, and carrier filtering.

6. Your information

Your phone number and consent selections are recorded with the date and time they were provided and the form on which they were provided. 7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on this page. Continued participation in text communications after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
