Hi, I’m Todd Baker, owner of Baker Insurance Inc., husband to my wife Nicole, and proud girl dad to two amazing daughters. Family is a big part of why I do what I do. Protecting what matters most is not just a slogan to me, it is personal.

I am fully licensed in property and casualty and life insurance. Colorado is my primary state, and I am also licensed in Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota. I grew up in Iowa and moved to Colorado in 2019, which allows me to serve both the community I was raised in and the one I now call home.

I work closely with families and business owners to secure the right coverage for their needs, with a strong focus on life insurance. I am passionate about educating clients so they understand their options and can make confident decisions for their future.

My career began with Allstate, where I built a strong foundation in insurance and customer service. I later became an independent agent, which showed me the value of having options. I eventually opened my own Farmers agency because of their strong reputation for claims handling and customer care, while still maintaining the ability to broker policies with top carriers like Progressive, Travelers, Safeco, National General, NEXT Insurance, and more. This flexibility allows me to shop policies and focus on what is truly best for my clients.

At Baker Insurance, we enjoy working with families and small businesses, helping them understand real coverage needs rather than just selling a policy. My goal is to build long term relationships, earn trust, and make insurance simple and transparent.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, being involved in our church, and exploring the outdoors. You will often find us hiking, camping, and enjoying everything Colorado has to offer. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve this community and look forward to helping protect what matters most to you.

I’m a licensed Property & Casualty insurance professional specializing in home and auto coverage. I focus on helping individuals and families understand their policies so they can feel confident about protecting what matters most.

My path into insurance wasn’t traditional — and that perspective shapes how I work. Alongside bartending, I chose to step into insurance because I wanted to challenge myself and build a career centered on education, trust, and long-term impact. Bartending has taught me how to connect with people from all walks of life, listen without judgment, and build genuine relationships — skills that translate directly into advocating for my clients.

Outside of insurance, I’m energized by music, community, and time spent with friends, whether that’s at a concert, behind the bar, or discovering a new local spot. I bring that same authenticity and approachability into my work, making insurance feel honest, human, and stress-free.
